If you submit a form, we retain the text of any marketing or TCPA consent shown with the submission.
How We Use Information

- To create and manage lead or intake records in our CRM, LOS, and related operating systems.
- To evaluate product fit, underwriting readiness, and requested financing structure.
- To send operational, follow-up, and marketing communications where permitted by law and consent.

Sharing
We may share information with service providers, CRM and workflow vendors, capital partners, lenders, underwriters, counsel, compliance providers, and other transaction participants as needed to evaluate or process an inquiry. We do not sell personal information.

Do Not Send Sensitive Documents Through General Forms
General website forms are for lead and intake routing. Do not upload or send tax returns, bank statements, IDs, borrower signatures, title files, permits, raw plans, or other sensitive documents unless we provide a secure upload path.
